Established in 1963, Burwell cricket club has consistently had a reputation of offering the combination of competitive cricket, to go with a great social atmosphere and team morale around the club. The last few years has seen the club produce four teams out each saturday, as well as a Sunday and midweek side. This has been down to the ever increasing member size of the club. In particular, Burwell's 1st team have greatly improved, who are looking to become champions for the 2007 season in the Cambridgeshire & Huntindonshire Tucker Gardner Division 1 league.
