All of our cricket bats are guaranteed against premature breakage in the course of reasonable use and care for a period of one cricket season from the time of purchase. Should you experience any problems at all please let us know so that we can suggest an appropriate course of action. We always try to be very helpful and arrive at a fair decision.
Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied. Orders are usually shipped within a few days. Some custom made orders may take a bit longer. Please also add on a couple of extra days if asking for services like knocking in. Shipping is by International Air Post and is traceable to most countries on www.nzpost.co.nz at pickup and delivery. Dispatch is confirmed via E-mail along with tracking details and confirmation of credit card charge if applicable. If you want quicker shipping by TNT couriers please add NZ$40 to your order based on one bat.
Parcel contents are insured against loss when sent in order to minimise the risk to the customer. We have so far had very few problems and if any occur we make sure you are covered by Laver & Wood as well.

Laver & Wood makes shopping safe through its secure server. Using Thawte certification the secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. This secure connection means that only we can see your credit card number. No one on the Internet can access your confidential information. Once received, all credit card details are kept on file and securely locked away.
For general convenience, we've quoted all main currency pricelists. Where your country of residence is not shown, please use NZ$. We charge all credit cards manually in New Zealand dollars once the order is received. The conversion is made at the daily rate of exchange given at Yahoo Finance. A copy of the invoice/receipt is posted either separately or with the goods.
For shipments, generally valued over $500.00 you may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are levied upon importation to your country. Additional charges by customs must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of these, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents. Generally this is not a problem as the goods do not attract a high value.
Due to the nature of the sport, some reasonably foreseeable impacts may exceed the limitations of our products. Laver & Wood accepts no responsibility whatsoever, for any injuries sustained or damages caused to property by the use of our products whether they be damaged or otherwise.

We offer a full 12 month warranty with all of our bats, apart from those that are subjected to the optional secondary drying process. This warranty covers all repairs required that are caused as a result of reasonable use of the Laver & Wood cricket bat. Reasonable use involves, and is limited to, the using of the Laver & Wood cricket bat to hit balls specifically designed for use in the sport of cricket. If the Laver & Wood cricket bat is deemed un-repairable within this 12 month period then a free replacement will be offered. Laver & Wood Ltd reserve the right to renege on this warranty if they believe that the bat has been used in ways not deemed reasonable. Laver & Wood Ltd also reserve the right to renege on this warranty if labels were removed or chosen not to be applied. No cash refunds will be offered and the postage costs relating to the returning of bats will be borne by the customer.
